Rebecca “Becky” is a licensed, practicing CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer. She advises and works with a variety of businesses from nonprofit to construction to service to professional. Becky’s passion is helping small businesses and individuals with their financial, tax, payroll & accounting needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration with a Concentration in Accounting and an Emphasis in Public Accounting from Colorado State University. Her experience includes auditing at a “Big Six” large national firm and regional firm, financial analysis, cost analysis, financial accounting, and intercompany accounting.
Becky enjoys water skiing and hiking with her husband and 2 children.

Doug Hering, CMA, MBA Accountant/CMA
Doug is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and has an MBA from UCCS. He is also a past president of the Pikes Peak Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. He has worked with small businesses, not-f0r-profits, government entities, and large corporations. Doug enjoys working with small business clients. He currently volunteers on the board for the Western Museum of Mining
and Industry.
Doug enjoys disc golf, camping, weightlifting, and walking with his wife and their dog, Samwise. He also holds a Certified Personal Trainer designation.

Jennifer Bilbrey Senior Bookkeeper/Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor
Jennifer “Jenny” helps businesses with their accounting needs. She is a certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer since 2016. She enjoys helping clients record their transactions and preparing reports to help them understand their financial position. Jenny studied at the University of San Diego. Her areas of expertise include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations,
Account Analysis, Payroll Processing, Invoicing, and Collections. She worked in the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry as a full charge bookkeeper. She has also worked in the Education Industry as a Center Director Business Manager for Sylvan Learning Center.
Jenny enjoys reading, crafting and exploring the U.S. with her husband and 2 children.

Janet O’Connell Bookkeeper/Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor
Janet enjoys helping clients with their bookkeeping needs. She is a certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor and IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer. Janet earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa in Canada. After twelve years in the Semiconductor Industry, she decided to spend
“a few years” at home with her two daughters. She uses her skills to help clients by entering transactions, preparing invoices, running payroll, and preparing financial reports.
Janet’s favorite part of the day happens when she is walking her dog, Boomer, on one of the many beautiful trails Colorado has to offer.

Bailee McClure Accounting Intern
Bailee “Bai” is a college student at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs seeking a degree in accounting and
the CPA designation. She is also an IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer. Her experience includes the Garden of the Gods Visitor’s Center and Safeway. In addition to being a student and working in accounting, she tutors other students. Bai volunteers for Cougars Cares, Care and Share, and Habitat for Humanity.
Bai enjoys visiting Garden of the Gods park and watching the Denver Broncos with her dad.
